She holds certifications as a Certified Green Project Manager (GPM-B) and a Registered Consultant and Assessor (RCA) from GPM Global, where she is also recognized as a GPM Global Ambassador.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Norsaudatul Akmar Mazelan has held senior management positions in a diverse range of industries, including banking and financial services, oil and gas, information technology, engineering, and professional services. Her primary expertise lies in sustainability and ESG consulting. She has a strong track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies, conducting ESG assessments, and advising companies on ESG reporting frameworks like GRI and SASB.

In her capacity as a GPM Global Ambassador, Dr. Norsaudatul Akmar Mazelan is a prominent representative of the organization, actively promoting sustainable development practices within the business community. She also provides training and mentoring to individuals and organizations looking to enhance their sustainability efforts. Melvin Tong, powered by the ever increasing need to stretch beyond limits, Melvin is a curious survivalist shaped by 22 years of corporate working experience across 5 industries (IT, Pharma, Creative, Agri, ESG) and a proud business owner of two companies in 3 industries (Creative, Agri, ESG) since 2012.

In 2019, fazed by the apparent unsustainable business models observed then, Melvin found himself contending with issues concerning the economic, environment and social aspects of business operations. Eventually, he developed a keen interest of aligning communities with ethical considerations. Driven by this sustainability agenda, Melvin subsequently embarked on his foray into ESG and Sustainability Consultancy guided by his newfound love in a robust tool known as the GPM (Green Project Management) P5 Global Standard for Sustainable Project Management. He opines that this GPM P5 is the crucial missing link in most sustainability practitioners' toolkit and wishes to advance its adoption through his consulting works.

In his spare time, Melvin also consults and builds sustainable soil-based natural food production systems that revolves around the use of ecological services in a rural setup; in a bid to help achieve food sovereignty and address concerns of food security. He operates a 2-acre integrated and regenerative farm at Lenggeng, Malaysia which also serves as a working permaculture demonstration site.
